Baby Bubble and Squeak

Ingredients 
350g potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks250g carrots, peeled and diced
200g cored green cabbage30g butter

Method:

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the potatoes. Cook for 25 minutes, adding the diced carrots after 10 minutes.
  2. Finely shred the cabbage and then cut again in the opposite direction until you have small pieces. Add to the vegetables and cook for a final 5 minutes. Drain well.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the vegetables. Using a fork, mash the vegetables and mix together over a low heat for 5 minutes, until it's the right consistency for your baby.
