|1 ripe banana||¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon|
|1 tablespoon thick honey||½ cup natural or Greek yogurt|
- Peel the banana and place in a food processor or blender with the ground cinnamon, honey (not suitable for children under one) and natural or Greek yogurt.
- Whizz until smooth, then tip into little tubs and seal. Put in lunchboxes with a spoon.
